Easy Returns – 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for any reason. We accept both faulty and non-faulty returns. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth return experience.

Step 3: We will email you the return address and detailed repackaging instructions
Step 4: Carefully repackage the item and send it to the provided address

Return Postage Costs & Address

  • For voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return postage.
    • Return postage typically ranges between AUD 50–250, depending on the item’s size and your courier.
    • You should check with your local courier for exact pricing and use a trackable courier service.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will:
    • Provide a free return label
    • Cover all return postage costs

How to Safely Repackage Your Return

We always package your order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — and we ask that you do the same when returning items to us.

To avoid damage in transit and ensure eligibility for a refund or exchange, please follow these repackaging guidelines:

1. Use Original Packaging

    • Always return the item in the original box and internal protective materials (e.g. foam inserts, bubble wrap, or moulded supports).
    • If the original packaging is unavailable, use a strong double-walled cardboard box and add suitable void fill such as air pillows or scrunched paper.

2. Repackage As We Did

    • Wrap each fragile component (glass, ceramic, metal) in multiple layers of bubble wrap.
    • Secure any small or detachable parts (e.g. screws, mounts) in a labelled plastic bag, and tape it securely inside the box.
    • Fill all empty space with cushioning material to prevent movement.

3. Seal the Box Properly

    • Use strong packing tape to seal all edges and reinforce the top and bottom seams.
    • Avoid using weak tape such as masking or cellophane.

4. Use a Trackable Courier

    • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
    • Retain your tracking number and proof of postage until the return is confirmed.

Returns damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

What’s Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in as-new condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and labels
  • Shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items returned after 30 days (please still contact us — we may be able to assist)
  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged
  • Items missing original packaging or components
  • Custom-made or clearance items marked as final sale

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Funds will be refunded to your original payment method
  • You may also request a credit note or an exchange, if preferred

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our lighting products:

  • Exchanges for colours or sizes are not offered
  • You may exchange your item for a different product, subject to:
    • Payment of any price difference
    • Additional postage costs
    • Product availability

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will provide a free return label and cover all associated costs

Important Information

  • The 30-day return period starts from the delivery date, not the order date
  • Always contact us first before sending back any item
  • For refused deliveries, you will be responsible for return postage costs
