Shipping Methods in Australia
For deliveries within Australia, we use the following reliable and trusted carriers:
- Australia Post – Australia’s primary national postal service, offering standard and express delivery
- Sendle – A carbon-neutral courier service ideal for metro-to-metro delivery
- Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) – Affordable door-to-door delivery services across Australia
- Toll IPEC – A trusted name in business and residential freight delivery
- DHL Express – For international and premium express deliveries where applicable
Shipping Costs
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. The total delivery timeframe is estimated at 4–11 business days, and is split into two phases:
1. Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
This includes:
- Order confirmation
- Any requested customisations (if applicable)
- Quality assurance checks
- Careful and secure packaging
2. Shipping Time: 3–8 business days
Once dispatched from our international fulfilment centre, your parcel is shipped to your Australian address using one of our trusted couriers.
Delivery time will depend on your location within Australia.
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 4–11 business days (Monday to Friday only)
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons (e.g. holidays, public sales).
Order Processing
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
All orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s status via our Order Tracking page.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number, which can be entered on our Order Tracking page to follow your delivery in real time.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a collection point, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Duties
As your order is shipped from our international warehouse:
- Customs duties or import taxes, if incurred, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not covered or reimbursed by Remi Loriente.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Please contact us at info@remiloriente.com immediately
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll resolve the matter promptly.
Delivery Delays
Although delays are rare, they may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Courier backlogs
- Natural events (e.g. weather disruptions)
